Jaime M. Fowler

Jaime M. Fowler, 31, of Arnold recently was sentenced to 16 years in prison following drug charges and probation violations, court documents indicate.

On Aug. 29, 2012, Fowler was found in Arnold with heroin, the report said.

She was found on four previous occasions in Jefferson County with methamphetamine –

in January 2007, in June 2007, in February 2008 and in September 2008, the report said.

She pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced in July 2009 to four years for those earlier offenses, but the sentence was suspended and she received five years’ probation, the report said.

But, Fowler violated probation and in February 2011 was sentenced to four years. However, she was released early in June 2011 on five years’ probation after completing a 120-day treatment program, according to the report.

Then, Fowler again violated her probation and on July 12 she was sentenced by Jefferson County Div. 2 Circuit Judge Gary P. Kramer to four four-year sentences – one for each of the earlier offenses – to be served consecutively.

Also that day Fowler was sentenced to seven years for the August 2012 incident, but that term is to be served concurrently, or at the same time, with the others, the report said.

Jefferson County assistant prosecuting attorney Trisha C. Stefanski handled the cases.
