Jefferson College Police are investigating the recently reported break-in of a vehicle at the Hillsboro campus.
Chief David Parchim said a victim told police the break-in was believed to have occurred about 1 a.m. Jan. 30.
“(The victim) reported a credit card, ID and other items were stolen from the vehicle,” Parchim said. “I believe the vehicle was unlocked.”
Parchim said on Tuesday that some items had been found and recovered. He said no arrests had been made.
He said he did not release any other information because the investigation is continuing.
