A 32-year-old Imperial man reportedly exposed himself to a woman outside the Dollar Tree store, 906 Arnold Commons Drive. He was arrested three days later for alleged sexual misconduct, Arnold Police reported.
The incident happened at about 10:05 p.m. Aug. 5, when a woman was sitting in her car outside the Dollar Tree and reportedly saw the man standing in the parking lot and exposing himself. The woman drove away and reported the incident to an officer she saw in the Arnold Commons shopping center, the report said.
Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said police identified the man and arrested him on Aug. 8 in Arnold. The suspect was taken to the Police Station, where he was booked and released with a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for sexual misconduct.
