Jesse J. Green, 24, of House Springs has been accused of pointing a gun at and threatening to kill a woman. He also allegedly threw a dish rack at her, according to court documents.
Green has been charged with two felony counts of armed criminal action, felony unlawful use of a weapon, felony endangering the welfare of a child and a misdemeanor count of fourth-degree domestic assault. He was booked on June 22 at the Jefferson County Jail in Hillsboro, and as of Tuesday, June 23, he was being held without bond, court and jail records said.
According to a probable-cause statement filed by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy on June 21 was called to a home on Hummingbird Lane in House Springs after Green and the woman had an argument.
During the argument, Green allegedly threatened to kill the woman before leaving. The woman said Green left after threatening her, but he returned to the home, the report said.
The woman and a child were in a bedroom when Green returned, and he allegedly broke the door off the frame to enter. The woman recorded Green pointing a gun at her and threatening to kill her, according to the report.
The woman also told the deputy that Green threw a dish rack at her, and she was hit on the left leg, the report said.
The deputy wrote when Green was arrested that Green had a loaded gun.
The probable-cause statement said the Sheriff’s Office had been called at least four other times because of domestic-related incidents between Green and the woman.
