A 42-year-old Arnold man was arrested Jan. 15 for alleged possession of marijuana after police got a call at about noon "to check the well being of a highly intoxicated subject,” Arnold Police report.
The man allegedly was found in a car at the Phillips 66, 5 Municipal Drive, in Arnold with marijuana, Ruckman said.
He was issued a summons at the scene to appear in Municipal Court on the marijuana charge and then turned over to Rock Township Ambulance personnel “because of his high level of intoxication,” the report said.
A 27-year-old House Springs woman was with the man, and she was arrested on outstanding warrants from Sunset Hills for using borrowed license plates and driving with no insurance, Ruckman said.
She was booked and held for Sunset Hills authorities, the report said.
