A Harley-Davidson motorcycle was stolen from a home in the 7900 block of Hwy. BB in Cedar Hill. The theft occurred between Dec. 8 and Dec. 29, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.
It is not known how the culprit gained entry into the home’s detached garage, but the victim reported seeing a “makeshift ramp” over two steps leading to the lower portion of the garage. A 1971 motorcycle valued at $2,000 was stolen. The bike is black with red lettering on the gas tank, the report said.
On Jan. 9, Sgt. Matthew Moore of the Sheriff’s Office said the motorcycle had not been recovered and there were no arrests. Anyone with information is urged to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
