Two St. Louis men, an Arnold woman and a Lemay woman were arrested after the four were involved in separate fights on Wagon Wheel Court in Arnold on the same day. The assaults occurred Oct. 28, Arnold Police said.

Police were first called to the neighborhood at 2:53 p.m. because a 21-year-old St. Louis man and a 22-year-old St. Louis man were involved in a fight. The 21-year-old allegedly struck the 22-year-old in his face, knocking out a tooth. Then, the 22-year-old allegedly pulled out a handgun, the report said.

The men did not tell authorities why they were fighting. They were arrested and transported to the Police Station, where they were booked and released, according to the report.

Arnold Police will seek charges against both men through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, including a third-degree assault charge against the 21-year-old and third-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon charges against the 22-year-old, Lt. Clinton Wooldridge said.

About a half hour later, at around 3:30 p.m., police were called to a different home on Wagon Wheel and arrested a 29-year-old Arnold woman and a 30-year-old Lemay woman after they allegedly had a dispute over a child that escalated into hair-pulling and scratching. Neither woman was seriously hurt, the report said.

They were both issued summonses to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for fourth-degree assault and were released at the scene, according to the report.
