Arnold Police are investigating the theft of a pickup from outside the Great Peking restaurant, 669 Jeffco Blvd. It is not known if the pickup was locked, but the owner had the keys, police reported.
A 55-year-old St. Louis man who owns the Chinese food restaurant said he parked the white 2000 Ford F-250 pickup at about 10 p.m. Dec. 27 outside the business, and it was gone when he returned to the restaurant at about 3:30 p.m. Dec. 28, the report said.
As of Jan. 4, the pickup had not been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
