Arnold Police are seeking charges against a 37-year-old Fenton woman for allegedly endangering her 2-year-old son, Detective Lt. James Jones said.
At 3:49 p.m. Feb. 22, Arnold Police got a call that the baby had been taken to a family member’s home on Stardust Drive and someone there found inside his diaper a small baggy filled with a substance believed to be a controlled substance, Jones said.
Representatives from the Children’s Division previously had taken the baby from the mother's home, he said.
Depending on results from the drug analysis, Arnold Police will seek charges against the woman through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Jones said.
