A 32-year-old Fenton man wanted on outstanding warrants for stealing and drug charges recently was arrested. Pevely Police picked up the man, and at 3 a.m. April 23, Arnold Police went to the Pevely Jail and took the suspect into custody, Arnold Police report.
He was wanted in Arnold for misdemeanor stealing stemming from an alleged shoplifting incident in June 2015 at the Walmart Supercenter. The man also was wanted in Jefferson County on an outstanding warrant and $12,000 in bonds for felony possession of a controlled substance. In addition, the man was wanted on an outstanding warrant and $450 in bonds in Maryland Heights for failure to register a motor vehicle, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
After the suspect paid a $275 Arnold Municipal bond, he was released to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Ruckman said.
