Eureka Police are seeking a man who allegedly used a counterfeit $10 bill to buy lottery tickets at Schnucks, 245 E. Fifth St. Officers were called at 2:48 p.m. March 11 to the store, Capt. David Wilson said.

Surveillance video showed a man who used the counterfeit bill to buy $8 in lottery tickets and received $2 back in change. He is described as about 6 feet tall with gray hair and a gray beard, weighing about 190 pounds and wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, the report said.

As of March 12, police had not located the man, Wilson said. Anyone with information about the incident should call Eureka Police at 636-938-6600.
