The Eureka Police are searching for a gun that was taken from an unlocked car. The theft occurred between June 11 and June 18, the report said.
A .40-caliber Smith & Wesson semiautomatic pistol was reported stolen from a 2016 Ford Edge in the 800 block of Top Notch Lane. The gun is valued at $425, a police report said.
Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Eureka Police at 636-938-6600.
