A 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup was stolen between 11 p.m. Oct. 17 and approximately 4:30 a.m. Oct. 18 from outside a home in the 100 block of Catlin Drive in Barnhart. The pearl blue pickup with multiple aftermarket parts is worth about $12,000, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The victim said he has the only set of keys to the vehicle and locked it before leaving it parked in his driveway. It is not known how entry was gained, a report said.
As of Tuesday (Oct. 24), the pickup had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, Cpl. Matthew Moore said. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 636-797-5515.
