The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a 2001 Dodge Ram pickup stolen Nov. 9 in the Fenton area. The pickup was valued at $5,000, a report said.
The victim said the truck went missing between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. from outside her home in the 700 block of Fieldcrest Drive. She told deputies she was not sure whether the pickup was locked but added that she still had the only key to it, according to the report.
As of Nov. 17, the pickup had not been recovered and no arrests had been made, Cpl. Matthew Moore said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 636-797-5515.
