A car was stolen during a three-minute time span while it was left unlocked and running outside an Arnold gas station. The red 2015 Chevrolet Cruze was stolen outside the Phillips 66 gas station, 3910 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold Police reported.
The victim, a 23-year-old Imperial woman, told police she left the car unlocked and running between 4:35 p.m. and 4:38 p.m. Feb. 7, while she went inside the convenience store at the gas station. The car was valued at about $7,500, the report said.
The Cruze has a large Midwest Armory sticker on its rear window, Cpt. Brett Ackermann said.
As of Feb. 9, the car had not been located, and no suspects had been identified, he said. Anyone with information about the incident should call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
