Brian Edward Boyet II, 30, of De Soto was sentenced to 10 years in prison following three felony drug convictions and a probation violation, according to court records.
Boyet confessed to violating his probation and on June 28, Jefferson County Div. 4 Circuit Judge Mark T. Stoll executed three prior 10-year prison sentences. However, the sentences are to be served concurrently, or at the same time, court papers indicate.
In February 2015, authorities found Boyet with materials commonly used to manufacture meth at his apartment in the 1000 block of Jennifer Drive in De Soto, a probable-cause statement said.
In April 2015, authorities again raided Boyet’s apartment and found meth being made there, the report said.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of felony drug trafficking and one count of felony attempting to manufacture meth and was sentenced in April 2016 to three 10-year prison terms to be served concurrently. He was released in May 2017, though, after completing a treatment program, the sentences were suspended, and he got five years’ probation, court records show.
But, after he violated the probation, Stoll executed the sentences.
