Arnold Police are searching for a man who allegedly stole 11 bottles of tequila from the Mobil on the Run convenience store, 3611 West Outer Road. The stolen liquor is worth a combined $269.92, police reported.
At about 1 a.m. May 20, an employee pressed the store’s “hold-up” alarm button when the man allegedly left without paying for the tequila. The man was seen leaving in a dark colored SUV that went north on Vogel Road, the report said.
The male suspect was described as between 40 and 50 years old and iwas wearing a green hat, a red-and-white Nike jacket, black pants and black-and-white shoes, according to the report.
As of May 30, the man had not been located, and the liquor had not been recovered, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
