The Arnold Police Department is investigating the recent theft of cash from the prayer box at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Between 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Aug. 10, someone entered the church, which was unlocked, and forced open the prayer box and stole between $100 and $200 in cash, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
As of today (Aug. 20), the money had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, Ruckman said.
