Arnold Police are investigating the theft of Milwaukee-brand cordless tools from an unlocked toolbox that was in the bed of a pickup parked outside a home, police reported.
A 31-year-old Arnold man reported the theft on May 28. He told police he parked his 1994 Ford F-250 outside of his home on Pleasant Valley Terrace on May 24, and he discovered the tools were stolen on May 27 after he drove the pickup to work, the report said.
The victim said the stolen tools included a force press tool, impact driver, drill and saw. An estimated value for the stolen tools was not provided, according to the report.
As of June 4, none of the stolen tools had been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
