A 31-year-old St. Louis man was arrested for allegedly stealing about $1,700 in cash from an Arnold apartment. The theft happened Sept. 9, 2017, at the Villas Apartments on Telegraph Road in Arnold, and the man was arrested March 6, Arnold Police reported.
St. Louis County Police picked up the man, and at about 3:15 a.m. March 6, Arnold Police went to the St. Louis County Police Department and took him into custody. The money was not recovered, Arnold Police Detective Lt. James Jones said.
He said the man was booked and released pending application for warrants. Arnold Police will seek felony stealing charges against him through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
