Arnold Police arrested a 38-year-old St. Louis County man Saturday (March 15) for trespassing and sexual misconduct, after he allegedly was naked while using the pool and hot tub area at the Drury Inn in Arnold.
The man was not a guest at the hotel and showed up there after the pool and hot tub area were closed for the night, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
Arnold Police got a call at 3:17 a.m. about the incident.
Hotel staff had asked the man to leave, but allegedly he refused, Arnold Police reported.
He was booked and released after he was issued summonses to appear in Municipal Court, Ruckman said.
