Arnold Police arrested a 64-year-old St. Louis man following a reported disturbance at the Goodwill Store and Donation Center, 3616 Richardson Square Way. The man allegedly was involved in an argument with a woman there, police reported.
Arnold Police also allegedly found the man with three glass smoking pipes that had drug residue on them, the report said.
Officers got a call at 10:50 a.m. Nov. 6 about the reported confrontation between the man and woman. When officers arrived, the man had left the area, but he was found outside the nearby Marcus Arnold Cinema, 1912 Richardson Road, according to the report.
Officers identified the man, who already was wanted on traffic warrants from the St. Louis County Police Department. The man was arrested and taken to the Police Station, where he was booked and held for St. Louis County Police, the report said.
Arnold Police also issued the man a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
