A 37-year-old Hillsboro man recently was arrested for alleged felonious restraint and possession of a stolen firearm, Arnold Police report.
Pevely Police picked up the man, who was wanted in Arnold on outstanding warrants for allegedly preventing his girlfriend from leaving a room at the Value Place hotel in the Arnold Commons, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
That incident occurred on Feb. 26.
The man also allegedly was found with a stolen firearm, the report said.
Arnold Police listed the man as wanted, and at 3:30 a.m. March 13, after Pevely Police picked him up, officers took him into custody, according to the report.
He was booked and released pending application for warrants.
Felony charges will be sought against him through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Ruckman said.
