A 31-year-old Arnold man and his girlfriend, a 30-year-old Arnold woman, recently were arrested following a dispute outside a home in the 2100 block of Plaza Drive in Arnold. The incident happened about 11:40 p.m. Aug. 15, Arnold Police reported.

The man allegedly punched the woman and then used a board to strike her vehicle while she was sitting in it, breaking a mirror and shattering a windshield. The woman allegedly drove the vehicle into the home four times after the man had gone back inside the house, the report said.

Police were called to the scene and arrested both the man and woman. The man already was wanted in Town and Country, Sunset Hill and St. Louis County on outstanding warrants for possession of marijuana and traffic violations. The woman was wanted in Jefferson County and St. Louis County on warrants for traffic violations, according to the report.

The two were booked and held for other law enforcement agencies that wanted them. Arnold Police will seek charges against them through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Detective Lt. James Jones said.
