A 38-year-old Arnold man fled from officers attempting to arrest him for two felony probation violations, Arnold Police report. The incident occurred at about 12:21 p.m. Nov. 17.
Arnold Police were asked by the state Division of Probation and Parole to apprehend the man in the 3200 block of Bay Vue Drive, but when officers arrived, he ran out of the house into a wooded area and could not be located, a report said.
The man was wanted for receiving stolen property and stealing, both felonies, and Arnold Police will seek a warrant through the Jefferson County Prosecutor’s Office for resisting arrest, Arnold Detective Lt. James Jones said.
