A 44-year-old Arnold man was arrested for alleged trespassing after he was found standing on the deck behind a home in the 800 block of Sunset Drive. The man allegedly was seen in surveillance video looking into the house’s windows before getting onto the deck, Arnold Police reported.
A 62-year-old Arnold woman called police at about 11:45 p.m. Oct. 29 after her daughter and the home’s security system alerted her that the man was outside the home. The woman’s daughter also has access to the home’s security cameras and called her sleeping mother, the report said.
The man already was wanted on a misdemeanor warrant from St. Peters Police. He was arrested and taken to the Arnold Police Station, where he was held for St. Peters Police and issued a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for trespassing, Det. Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
