A 36-year-old Arnold man recently was cited for allegedly assaulting another man outside a home in the 2600 block of Diane Drive. The alleged victim, a 40-year-old Crystal City man, was at the home to repossess the suspect’s 2023 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, Arnold Police reported.
The Crystal City man arrived at the house at about 7:15 p.m. June 12. He and the Arnold man argued, and then the suspect got onto the Harley-Davidson, the report said.
The suspect allegedly shoved the Crystal City man, who fell into a vehicle. The alleged victim was not injured, according to the report.
The suspect then rode away from the home. Police found him at about 7:50 p.m. June 12 at the Jim Edwards Archery Park, 1010 Telegraph Road, the report said.
An officer issued the man a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for fourth-degree assault. The man was allowed to leave the park on the motorcycle, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
