A 39-year-old Arnold man found slumped at the wheel at the 7-Eleven store, 3695 West Outer Road, in Arnold recently was arrested, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman says.
At 8:54 a.m. May 12, Arnold Police got a call that the man was passed out in a vehicle at the store and when officers arrived, they allegedly found him with drug paraphernalia. In addition, the man was wanted in St. Louis County on outstanding warrants for traffic violations and offenses related to “accumulated garbage,” Ruckman said.
The man was booked and issued a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for possession of drug paraphernalia. Then, he was released to St. Louis County Police, Ruckman said.
