House-hunters have the chance to buy a "truly unique" property which has gone on the market for $1,468,500 - a SWINGERS' CLUB called Chunky Muffins.
The three-bedroom cottage in Frampton, Lincs., comes complete with commercial outbuildings, offices and garages as well as having "versatile entertainment facilities" with "lifestyle potential."
The property is currently being used as "Lincolnshire's premier swingers venue" which boasts games rooms, dungeons and play areas alongside bars, a Jacuzzi and a sauna.
Photographs from its Rightmove listing also shows stripper poles on dance floors throughout the premises and beds covered in blue plastic sheets.
Estate agents William H. Brown, which is handling the sale, describe the property as: "Occupying a substantial plot behind double electric gates, this truly unique detached three-bedroom cottage offers an exceptional combination of residential accommodation, extensive commercial facilities and impressive leisure amenities.

"The commercial element includes offices, a triple garage, single garage and extensive outbuildings, currently arranged to provide a versatile entertainment venue."
It then goes on to list the facilities as including a "spacious bar and entertainment room, games room, lounge, catering kitchen, sauna, changing facilities, shower room with walk-in shower, WCs and stores."
The estate agents add that "further flexible rooms offering excellent versatility for a variety of use" would be subject to "necessary consents."
Outside, the property also has extensive parking, a heated outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and handcrafted timber bar creating an "outstanding space for entertaining."
The listing adds: "A rare opportunity to acquire a property offering a unique blend of home, business and lifestyle potential."
Chunky Muffins is run by husband-and-wife team Neil and Michelle Wright and its name comes from pet names they have for each other – 'Chunk' (Neil) and 'Muffin' (Michelle).
It began as a private club in 2010 before expanding into a bigger business, which has left residents and local politicians divided with some saying they were "morally opposed" to it.
The club was previously embroiled in a row over plans to expand after applying for a sexual entertainment venue license in February this year.
A number of objections were lodged against the application for the license to provide pole dancing, lap dancing, striptease and live sex shows before it was approved.
Some locals claimed their peace was disturbed by loud noise coming from parties while others said the owners were "model neighbours."
Joanne Gladski, who lives 13 meters away, said she regularly heard "shouting, screaming, swearing, and loud bass music" coming from the club.

But next door neighbour Gary Wood said: "We don't get a lot of noise at all.
"This weekend I could hear people murmuring and laughing. Are we going to ban people from enjoying themselves?"
Speaking at the time, Neil, 61, said: "People really have got the wrong idea of what the club is about.
"There are no mad orgies. It's a safe place, where consenting adults can meet.
"It's consenting adults who are expanding their sex lives,"
Michelle, 57, said: "We like meeting people.
"It's a safe place where people can express what they want to express without being judged.
"Everybody is welcome. Don't be shy, it's not what you think it is. Come and meet some absolutely amazing people."
It is unclear why the couple are now selling up.
