A Star Wars fan has broken three world records after selling his Boba Fett figures at auction for $112.4k.
Part three of the Jeff Jacob collection sold at Hake's auction in York, Pennsylvania, on October 16, 2025.
Jeff Jacob, a custom home builder, spent 33 years collecting more than 800 figures from the much-loved franchise that is not going under the hammer.

His three Boba Fett figures, still in their original box, swept the field at the $900k auction.
Earlier this year, Hake’s auctioned Parts I and II of Jacob’s prized action figure holdings. So far, the collection has raked in $3.55 million, with more being sold in 2026.
Claiming the top spot of the auction was a Spanish-language action figure of Boba Fett from Return of the Jedi, which fetched $77,885 - a world record price for any production Boba Fett action figure.

Making it a Boba Fett trifecta within the top 10, a Return of the Jedi, Boba Fett Tri-Logo, in a French Meccano-style blister, sold for $16,875.
Other items that went under the hammer include The Power of the Force, Anakin Skywalker action figure with its matching aluminum collector coin selling for $24,015, and The Empire Strikes Back, Darth Vader 32 Back collector’s case for $23,365.
