The Arnold Food Pantry will hold its annual Taste of Arnold fundraiser Thursday, July 28, at the Immaculate Conception Parish Center, 2300 Church Road, in Arnold.
Food will be served from 5-7 p.m.
Tickets for adults cost $15 in advance and $17 at the door. Tickets for children ages 6-12 cost $6 in advance and $8 at the door. Children younger than 6 may participate for free. Proceeds will benefit the Arnold Food Pantry, which helps about 300 families a week.
At the Taste of Arnold, local restaurants and other vendors will hand out samples of food and beverages. Some of the vendors are Syberg’s, Panda Express, Fazoli’s, Sunny Street Cafe, Chili's Grill and Bar, Arby's, Dunkin’ Donuts, Culvers, That'sa Nice’a Pizza, Papa Murphy’s, Las Fuentes Mexican, Goodcents Deli Fresh, Chick-fil-A and Jimmy John's, all of Arnold; the Blue Owl Restaurant and Bakery in Kimmswick; H.W. Herrell Distributing Co., Herrell's Market and Detour Grill and Bar, all in Imperial; Persimmon Ridge Winery in Barnhart; and Low-n-Slow BBQ and Kona Ice.
“We will have a variety of food from pizza and sandwiches to pineapple brats and chicken wraps, said Denise Stuckmeyer, the event chair. “We are serving beer, wine and margaritas as well.”
The musical group, the lower case g’s, will perform.
In addition, the pantry will recognize supporters at the event.
