The De Soto Public Library, 712 S. Main St., will celebrate its 80th anniversary at 5 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 6).
Betty Olson, who was the library’s director for 56 years before retiring in 2014, will speak at 5:30 p.m., presenting information about the library’s history.
