Cafe Arnold, 3946 Jeffco Boulevard, is scheduled to reopen at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 18.
The restaurant, which closed Jan. 12, is reopening under new ownership.
Keith and DeLynn Singer of De Soto are the new owners, and their son, Patrick Singer of De Soto, is the general manager.
While the restaurant will keep the Cafe Arnold name, some changes will be made to the menu, including the addition of barbecue prepared in a smoker that recently was installed in the restaurant, Keith Singer said.
The restaurant got a good cleaning, but not much renovation was done to the approximately 4,500-square-foot restaurant, he said
Some booths were taken out of the bar area to make room for a shuffle board table, but it may not be delivered in time for the March 18 opening, Singer said.
The restaurant has seating for about 150 inside, and during nice weather, there’s additional patio seating available, he said.
Scott Leftridge of De Soto will help manage the restaurant, along with Kayla Cantrell of De Soto, who will manage the front of the house, Singer said.
