Bruce Cameron, the author of “A Dog’s Purpose,” has postponed an appearance at the Fox High School library in Arnold.
On March 13, Tina Risse, Fox C-6 School District elementary instructional coordinator, said she is working to reschedule the event.
Cameron previously was scheduled to sign copies of his children’s book series, “Lily to the Rescue,” and make a presentation on March 20, but that appearance has been postponed. The first two books of the children’s book series are set to be released Tuesday (March 17).
Those who registered for the free public event may call Risse at 636-296-8000, ext. 7173, for more information.
“A Dog’s Purpose” is a 2010 novel that chronicles a dog’s journey through four lives via reincarnation and how he looks for his purpose through each of his lives.
The novel was made into a movie in 2017, and Cameron wrote two more books in the series – “A Dog’s Journey” and “A Dog’s Promise.”
