The city of Arnold will accept applications for utility tax rebates for March through August during October with an Oct. 31 deadline to apply. Applications will be available Oct. 1.
City residents who are 62 or older or certified as totally disabled and who have a total household income that does not exceed $30,000 may be eligible for the rebate.
Only Arnold city residents who pay an Arnold tax on their utility bills are eligible to receive the rebate.
The applications may be picked up at the Arnold City Hall lobby, 2101 Jeffco Blvd., and are available on the city’s website at arnoldmo.org.
Several documents must be submitted along with the application, including a driver’s license or some other proof of age, proof of total yearly income, paid gas and/or electric bills between March through August and proof of residency. Those who are disabled must include a recent letter of disability and copy of a check from Social Security.
