A St. Louis woman was injured Wednesday, Sept. 13, in a two-vehicle accident at Hwy. 30 and Little Brennan Road in the High Ridge area, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 11:55 a.m., Claudia Waleska, 30, of St. Louis was driving a westbound 2014 Volkswagen Jetta and while she allegedly was making an improper turn from the highway onto Little Brennan Road, an eastbound 2005 Honda Accord driven by Keith A. Haggard, 24, of High Ridge struck the side of the Jetta, the report said.
No injuries were reported for Waleska or Haggard, but a passenger in the Jetta – Brenda Perez of St. Louis – was moderately injured and taken by North Jefferson County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County, according to the report.
However, the hospital had no information about her condition, a hospital spokesman said.
Waleska, Haggard and Perez were wearing seat belts, and both vehicles were totaled, the patrol reported.
