A St. Louis man died late Wednesday night (Aug. 26) following a motorcycle accident on Hwy. 141 at Fielder Lane in unincorporated Fenton, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 10:30 p.m., Alex T. Maloy, 27, of St. Louis was riding a 2008 Yamaha YZFR6 motorcycle north on the highway and lost control of the bike, which ran off the road, ejecting him, the report said.
He was taken by Rock Township Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County, where he was pronounced dead at 11:10 p.m., according to the report.
Maloy was wearing a helmet, the patrol reported.
The motorcycle was totaled, the report said.
