A West Point, Miss., man was hurt Wednesday morning (April 11) in a one-vehicle accident on Old Hwy. 21 north of Goldman Road north of Hillsboro, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
At 9:50 a.m., Terrence L. Butler, 60, of West Point, Miss., was headed south in a Volvo, and the vehicle ran off the right side of the road, and the front of it struck a concrete barrier, the report said.
Butler was moderately injured and taken by Big River Ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County, where he was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said.
Butler was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The vehicle was moderately damaged, the report said.
