Lindsay D. McIntosh, 34, of Imperial was injured Tuesday night (Nov. 24) in a one-car accident on Old Hwy. M west of St. Luke’s Church Road in Barnhart, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
McIntosh was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu east on the highway and began to skid on the wet pavement, and then the car ran off the right side of the road and overturned, landing in a creek, the report said.
She was moderately injured and taken by Rock Township Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County, where she was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said.
She was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The car was extensively damaged, the report said.
