An Imperial man was hurt early Saturday evening (Oct. 29) while driving a tractor on Hwy. AA near Longtown in Perry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Douglas Grantham, 52, was driving a 1947 Allis-Chalmers farm tractor west on Hwy. AA east of County Road 511 at 6:20 p.m. when he drove off the right side of the road and down an embankment, where the tractor overturned.
Grantham sustained moderate injuries and was taken by Air Evac helicopter to Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, the report said.
An update on his condition was not available.
The tractor had minor damage, the report said.
