Jeffrey Berra, 36, of House Springs was hurt in a two-car accident that happened at 4:05 p.m. Monday (Dec. 9) on Antire Road north of Laurel Drive in High Ridge, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
Berra was driving a 2008 Nissan Maxima south on Antire Road, where a northbound 2011 Chevrolet Cruze crossed the center line and the front left side of it struck the front left of the Maxima, the report said.
Maria Nekic, 20, of High Ridge was driving the Cruze.
No injuries were reported for her.
Berra sustained moderate injuries and was taken by North Jefferson County Ambulance to St. Clare Health Center in Fenton, where he was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said today (Dec. 10).
Both Berra and Nekic were wearing seat belts, the patrol reported.
