An 18-year-old Hillsboro woman was seriously injured when her car went off the road and struck a tree on May 10 outside Hillsboro, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 9:30 p.m., Faithlyn L. Young was driving a northbound 2018 Chevrolet Cruze when she crashed on Hwy. B north of Column Drive, the report said.
According to the report, Young was taken by Valle Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur.
As of Monday morning, May 13, Young was in satisfactory condition, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Young was not wearing a seat belt, and the vehicle was totaled, the report said.
