Zachary T. Johnson, 38, of Hillsboro was hurt Monday afternoon (May 29) in a motorcycle wreck on Hwy. BB at Timberline Circle in the Hillsboro area, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
At 12:30 p.m., Johnson was riding a 2004 Harley-Davidson FXST north on Hwy. BB, and as he slowed in an effort to avoid another vehicle that was turning left from Timberline Circle onto Hwy. BB, the bike overturned, the report said.
Johnson was moderately injured and taken by Valle Ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County, where he was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said this afternoon (May 30).
He was wearing a helmet, the patrol reported.
The bike was moderately damaged, the report said.
