Brenda C. Ward, 79, of High Ridge was injured this morning (Sept. 23) in a one-car accident on Gravois Road west of Waldo Industrial Drive between Fenton and High Ridge in Jefferson County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 7:22 a.m., Ward was driving a 2016 Ford Fusion east on Gravois Road and ran off the right side of the road, where the car struck a utility pole, the report said.
She was moderately injured and taken by North Jefferson County Ambulance to SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton.
She was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The car was totaled, the report said.
