Robert K. Soest, 19, of High Ridge was hurt Friday afternoon (Nov. 10) in a one-vehicle accident on Hunning Road west of Phil’s Drive in High Ridge, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
At 1:35 p.m., Soest was driving a 2005 Ford Explorer west on Hunning Road, and the SUV ran off the right side of the road where it struck two mailboxes, a fence and a tree, the report said.
Soest was moderately injured and taken by North Jefferson County Ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County.
He was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The SUV was totaled, the report said.
