A Fenton man was seriously injured after a motorcycle accident Friday evening (March 12) on I-55 in New Madrid County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Larry Randolph, 52, was riding a 2007 Harley Davidson FLSTC north on I-55 at the 53-mile marker near Hwy. P north of New Madrid at 7:15 p.m. when he rode off the right side of the road and the motorcycle overturned.
Randolph sustained serious injuries and was taken by emergency medical personnel to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, the report said.
An update on his condition was not available.
Randolph was not wearing a safety helmet, the report said. The motorcycle was totaled in the accident.
