The side of the Toyota then was hit by a 2009 Nissan Murano driven by Yvette Dominguez-Pintor, 18, of Fenton.
A passenger in the Toyota, Timothy Primo, 34, of Fenton, was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:57 a.m., the report said.
Endres and Tilghman each sustained serious injuries and were taken to Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur; Endres by the Des Peres Fire Department and Tilghman by the Kirkwood Fire Department. A 14-year-old Fenton girl who was a passenger in the Nissan had minor injuries and she also was taken to Mercy Hospital St. Louis by the Kirkwood Fire Department, the report said.
The report made no mention of injuries to Dominguez-Pintor.
All involved in the accident were wearing seat belts, the report said. The Kia and the Toyota were totaled; the Nissan had extensive damage.
