A Fenton man was injured Monday afternoon, March 20, in a two-vehicle accident at a commercial complex, 1165 Gravois Road, in the Jefferson County portion of Fenton, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 3:05 p.m., Denise A. Curdt, 42, of Cedar Hill was driving an eastbound 2020 Ford EcoSport and while trying to turn left, she failed to yield to a westbound 2015 Volkswagen Jetta driven by Bryant W. Riggs McElroy, 32, and the the front of the EcoSport struck the front of the Jetta, the report said.
No injuries were reported for Curdt.
However, Riggs McElroy was moderately injured and taken to SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton.
According to the report, both drivers were wearing seat belts, and both vehicles were totaled.
