A man from Grubville was killed early Saturday morning, July 1, in a motorcycle accident on Hwy. WW at Black Hawk Lane in the Grubville area of west Jefferson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Timothy Hall, 37, was riding a 2004 Harley Davidson 1200 Roadster south on Hwy. WW at midnight when he lost control of the motorcycle and it started to skid, then ran off the left side of the road and overturned, throwing Hall off.
Hall was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel at 9:33 a.m., the report said.
He was wearing a state-approved safety helmet, the report said.
The motorcycle was totaled in the crash, according to the report.
