The Lindell Bank in the Gravois-Dillon Plaza in High Ridge was damaged when a woman crashed her car into the side of the building. The woman hit the building after she was involved in an accident, High Ridge Fire Protection District Capt. John Barton said.
He said an adult woman was driving her black Cadillac ATS at about 1 p.m. June 6 on Hwy. 30 and ran off the road, went airborne and the car landed on its side after hitting the bank, 23 Dillon Plaza Drive. The woman said she believed another vehicle had struck hers before she ran off the road.
Barton said no one was injured, and the bank sustained just minor damage to brick veneer and drywall.
The Missouri Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident.
Barton said crews were dispatched to the scene at 1:05 p.m., arrived on the scene at 1:11 p.m. and remained there until 2:36 p.m.
